Winter 2027 · family ski breaks

A day on the slopes
and plenty of holiday around it

Ski area
Götschen, Bischofswiesen
From 4 nights
One ski day pass per person
Arrivals
Daily, 7 January – 14 March 2027
Accommodation
Chalet or Comfort Family Room

Breakfast together, then off to Götschen in Bischofswiesen. One ski day is included: stay at least four nights in a chalet or family room and each of you gets a day pass, children too. The other days are yours for Königssee, Salzburg and time here at Lampllehen. Longer packages add a little more.

Any one-off package supplement is already included in the total shown. Choose your accommodation, dates and children’s ages to see your price.

A ski day that leaves room for other things

Götschen is a compact ski area on the hillside above Bischofswiesen. It suits a family holiday where you want to ski without spending every day on the slopes. Regular operating hours for 2026/27 are 09:00–16:00; which lifts run depends on conditions.

There’s a ski school for beginners. Arrange lessons and equipment hire separately, preferably ahead of time during school holidays. Your included pass covers one day of skiing, rather than lessons, equipment or an additional floodlit evening.

How long would you like to stay?

Breakfast and a welcome drink are included in every version. Choose the accommodation and length of stay that fit your family.

Four nights

Chalet or Comfort Family Room

Included
One ski day pass per person

The shorter break gives you a day at Götschen, another outing and time without a fixed plan.

Skiing and Salzburg

From 5 nights in a chalet, 6 in a family room

Included
Ski day pass + 24-hour Salzburg Card

Follow your ski day with a very different one: Haus der Natur, Mozart’s Birthplace or a walk through Salzburg. Each guest receives a 24-hour Salzburg Card as well.

A whole week in a chalet

From 7 nights

Included
Ski pass + Card + evening at the baths

This package adds one evening visit to the Watzmann Therme from 19:00 per person, without sauna. Spread the outings across your week to suit the weather.

A day out of ski boots

Salzburg is about twenty minutes from Lampllehen by car. With children, we’d choose Haus der Natur as the main visit and leave the rest open: lunch, a walk through the old town and perhaps a crossing of the Salzach. The Card in the longer packages runs for 24 consecutive hours from first use.

In clear weather, the Untersberg cable car is another option, with the return ride included in the Card while it’s valid. Check operations and weather. You don’t need to plan a winter hike on top to enjoy the view.

The fortress funicular is closed for maintenance from 11 January to 14 March 2027. The fortress can still be reached on foot, but for an easy family day we’d choose the museums and old town according to the children’s ages.

Space for everyone at the end of the day

The Comfort Family Room has two separate bedrooms. In a chalet, you have around 100 square metres, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen, so you can cook together in the evening if you like.

Breakfast is included in both, served in the hotel. You won’t need to shop or lay the table in the morning. We’re Martina and David, we live here and we’re happy to help plan the days. Over breakfast is often the easiest time to talk about the current ski conditions and other outings.

If skiing isn’t possible

When there’s no ski operation at Götschen, each of you receives one four-hour visit to the Watzmann Therme instead of the ski pass. That’s the replacement included in the offer; any other benefits in your chosen package remain included.

Choose your accommodation and stay length first. Once you’re here, we can talk about the best day to ski based on current operations.
